- The product must be in the same condition as delivered.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is mandatory for all return requests.
2. Non-Eligible Returns
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Opened or unsealed products
- Damaged or altered products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the 7-day period
3. Return Process
- Customers must contact Rawaah customer support to initiate a return request.
- All returns are subject to inspection and verification by the Rawaah team.
- Return approval is solely at the discretion of Rawaah, based on product condition and policy compliance.
- Rawaah reserves the right to approve or reject any return request.
Refund Policy (Within 7 Days)
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds are processed only after successful verification and inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will not be processed if the return conditions are not fulfilled.
2. Refund Conditions
- Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued only through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the method communicated by Rawaah customer support.
3. Refund Approval Rights
- Rawaah holds full authority to approve or reject any refund request.
- Any decision made by Rawaah regarding refunds will be considered final and binding.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify Rawaah within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. After verification, Rawaah will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
